As we continue to study what Jesus asks of His church through the letters in Revelation, we want to invite you to consider ways you might be able to make your faith a deeper priority, both individually and collectively at Quest. After the service, our lobby will become our In Motion Fair, where you can see all the different ways you can get involved in the community of the church, through Foundations, Connect Groups, Affinity Groups, and Serve Teams. You can find a map for the fair & links to get involved online below!
Serve Teams
God has given each of us talents and abilities, whether naturally or as we come into relationship with Him. His desire is for these gifts to be used for His kingdom in our personal lives and in the life of the church. We have plenty of teams at Quest where you can offer what God has placed in you to help build up this community of believers. If you aren’t sure what gifts God has given you, we also have a Spiritual Gifts Assessment that you can take to figure out those talents and abilities, and also see where they might be able to help what God is doing here at Quest.Connect Groups & Foundations
Being a disciple of Jesus and being in community with others go hand-in-hand. It is hard to prioritize your faith and walk through life without the encouragement that comes from relationships with other believers. At Quest, we want to help you grow in your faith as a disciple, and in your relationships with others doing the same through our Connect Group ministry. Connect Groups are hosted by others who call Quest home, with some meeting in the community and others meeting here at the church facility. They take place at a variety of times throughout the week, so it is easy to find something that works into your schedule. If you are newer to Quest, we invite you to check out Foundations, a special Connect Group that meets on Thursdays at 6:30 here at the church facility. Foundations allows you to meet others newer to the community, understand some of the core doctrines of the church, and interact with a variety of leaders within our church.Affinity Groups
We all have a hobby or activity that we love, and here at Quest we want to help you connect with others who enjoy those same hobbies as well. Affinity Groups seek to build community through shared interest. While these aren’t explicitly discipleship related, they create a great environment for growing in relationship with others, and give a low-stakes environment for those more timid about trying out church.Whether it is cooking, board games, sewing, or just gathering together for hangouts, we have a variety of groups available to browse. If we don’t have one that fits your interest, we might even be able to help you get one off the ground.
